Hi guys,
a while i was't able to visit forums (because of studying) but here i am to post a few things

First and most important i give up from C20XE engine .. a take something bigger


With engine i got f16 gear, ecu and all cables, just dont have exhaust pipes and lambd.
Engine is still out, but over winter will be instal.
And at start one question, does i need a home made passenger mount or i just need to expand a his one?? (about 23mm if i am right)

Nice efforts. Which V6 engine is this, 2.5 or 3.2 litre?

Do you need any legislation in Serbia when you perform such an engine-swap?

It's 2.5l from vectra, i hope will be enough for my needs
Now i looking for G cams to bye, yesterday i found ECU with Phase 1 and buy it


I wiil have legally to sing up engine change, and unfortunately to pay registration for 2500ccm engine which is aroung 450e (for 1.6 is 200)
or to sing engine as 2.0

Do you have pictures of those wheels under your Astra?
I have no idea what those rims would have cost new, but if they are good 250 euros isn't much...

Under my car i dont have, becayse dont have tires for them now i they realy need a repaint

Its ET30 and i dont like so much throw out on front wheel like german style but its over now

im got 17 Ich and 8J and ET 33 wheels under my gsi,you zie the foto,s by my topic effe voorstellen danny kusters.

Unfortunately danny becayse ET30 does't feat good on rear, i had to sold Schmidt, i my friend take it. Now search for some 16' wheels with ET ~35, 40



A few days before i start to take out my old engine





F16 gearbox put on sell, becayse buy F20 (If i find 5ft gear from f18 that will be good move)

Now i wait to arrive a stronger crane to pull out 1.6, wash and paint engine bay, put V6 and connect shaft, loom..

Will you put an F20 behind a V6 engine?
Do you think it will hold?

F28 better four v6 .

Well i hope, without forse acceleration i think will hold ( at less 10 000km)
Yae danny, but f28 is hard to find here but that gearbox is ideal for V6.

X25xe i left for parts becayse when open a engine he was trash


And another parts was very bad..
So i buy C25xe, in good shape, with ecu, wiring, G inlet and chip ( has about 203hp)

How have a little difficulties with wiring, but engine should start soon

calibra turbo got 204 bhp(c20let)and 280 nm torque.
you got(c25XE)has about 203hp and F28 perfect four it.

06.08 Last drive and take out engine wiring

20.07 Prepared master cylinder for X25 inlet


23.07 X25XE arrive but....
Repair this engine will be waste of time


03.09 Finally go and take other V6
C25XE good condition, G cams, chip..203hp
Also F16 gearbox, all wiring, ecu (no immo ecu)..


04.09 Not a long before i buy c25 i deside to put x16xel back, but here is good v6 now

17.09 Start to work around wiring
V6 start and charging loom out, 1.6 loom mount to v6 engine

Now, i wait to arrive fuel pump reley, exhaust pipe under engine, some plastic, another cooler ( i drilled mine when i cut off cooler mount), then preassure plate, and passenger shaft. And to drive

This v6 connector is for tracking control, black wire ingnition 12+ and another two for octane plug.







I need some of this pin from this connector because instal front el windows, el mirror and fog lights and want to be like factory
